Summer Band Camp

Join one, two or all three 4 week summer band camp sessions!

This class targets you entire body with a strength training workout using resistance bands.  Increase tone and strength with this high fat burning training style.

 

Days: Tuesday, Thursday
Time: 6:15-7:00 AM
Session 1: June 8-July 1
Session 2: July 6-July 29
Session 3: August 3- August 26
